Archangel Group International (AGI) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and registered International NGO dedicated to tackling some of Zambia's most pressing issues, including poverty, human trafficking, lack of access to clean water, education, and healthcare. Through strategic partnerships, targeted initiatives, and community-driven projects, AGI is committed to creating lasting change in the lives of vulnerable individuals. Our mission goes beyond immediate aid; we aim to build sustainable solutions that empower communities, strengthen family units, and foster hope for a brighter future.

Message from the founder

Thank you for visiting the Archangel Group International website! I’m Jonathan Macklin, the founder and President of a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to saving lives in Zambia. Alongside Dr. Douglas Sakuwaha, we launched our sister NGO in April 2024, enabling us to directly impact the Zambian community. We truly appreciate your support and interest in our mission to improve lives in Zambia.

AG’s primary goal is to restore families by addressing poverty and human trafficking in the region. Many individuals lack access to food, adequate housing, humanitarian aid, clean water, education, and health care, leading to heartbreaking situations where parents may abandon their children to survive. These orphaned children often face homelessness and dire living conditions, making them vulnerable to human trafficking for sexual exploitation, organ harvesting, and forced labor. Throughout my law enforcement career, I’ve witnessed how criminals target those in impoverished areas, exacerbating their vulnerability.

AGI is committed to enhancing the lives of families in Zambia through vital community development initiatives. By adopting a “family first” strategy, we aim to empower families to achieve long-term self-sufficiency. Currently, we are focused on drilling water wells and establishing agricultural cooperatives in southern Zambia, with plans to support additional villages once these projects are completed.

With my law enforcement background, our organization is authorized to train officers in Zambia, equipping them to work alongside U.S. counterparts in rescuing human trafficking victims. Our training will enhance their effectiveness in combating crime while ensuring the safety of the communities they serve. We plan to bring highly trained U.S. individuals to support this law enforcement training initiative.

We will never endorse any organization or individual that supports terrorism, violence, violations of the law, genocide, racism, discrimination, or undermines the civil liberties of others, nor will we stand divided from our nations.
